1. Program Structure (Strictly Single-Tier)

The Business operates a strictly single-tier, performance-based referral program.

Affiliates earn a direct commission solely on verified, eligible retail sales directly generated through their unique referral link.

• No Multi-Level Structures: This program is not a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), network marketing, or network distribution scheme.

• No Down-lines or Recruitment Incentives: Affiliates cannot recruit other affiliates, and no commissions or bonuses are paid on the recruitment or performance of other participants. Multi-tiered down-lines, overrides, and indirect commissions are strictly non-existent within this program.

• No Purchase Requirements: Participation in the affiliate program is completely optional and free. Participants are never required to purchase the subscription toolkit, buy inventory, or pay any registration fees to qualify for commissions.

2. Commission Rate & Tracking

• Commission Rate: Approved affiliates earn a 70% commission on the net revenue of qualified monthly subscription transactions generated directly via their tracking link.

• Tracking: Sales are tracked automatically via the infrastructure hosted by our platform partner, systeme.io. A sale is considered qualified only when a new user completes a successful, paid subscription transaction via our website, and the transaction is successfully cleared by our primary payment gateway (Stripe).

  3. Payout Architecture, Holding Periods, & Thresholds

• Holding Period: To accommodate our 7-day money-back guarantee and protect against subscription churn or fraud, all commissions are subject to a strict 30-day holding period. Commissions will only clear for payout once this verification period has elapsed and no refund or charge-back has occurred.

• Minimum Payout Threshold: Commissions are accumulated in the affiliate's ledger. Payouts will only be issued once the cleared balance reaches a minimum threshold of $50 USD. Balances below $50 USD will roll over into the following billing cycle.

• Payout Schedule: Cleared payouts are processed monthly and distributed on or around the 10th day of each month. If the 10th falls on a weekend or public holiday, payments will be executed on the closest subsequent business day.

• Distribution Channel: All payouts are disbursed electronically through our designated payout distributor, Payoneer. Affiliates are solely responsible for providing accurate, valid bank routing details or Payoneer account information. The Company bears no responsibility for failed or misdirected transactions resulting from inaccurate data supplied by the affiliate.
