These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SocialIncomeAdPack.com and your purchase and use of the Social Income AdPack subscription (the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, accessing the Service, or clicking to confirm acceptance of these Terms, you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not subscribe to or use the Service.

1. About the Service

Social Income AdPack is a digital subscription intended to provide organisational, educational, and practical creator tools. Depending on the subscription access offered at the time of purchase, the Service may include:

• Creator OS Notion templates and related content-planning tools.

• Hook Vault and hook-based content inspiration.

• Ready-to-Film Script Ideas and educational guidance.

• Brand Deal Tracker Notion template.

• Written course materials, guides, and support resources.

• Malware link & QR code scanner

• Access to an optional affiliate program, subject to separate Affiliate Terms.

The Service is provided for general educational and organisational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, employment, business, advertising, or professional advice.

2. Subscription, Price and Renewal

Social Income AdPack is a recurring monthly subscription.

The current subscription price is: $29 USD per month

Your subscription begins when your first payment is successfully processed. It automatically renews each month on or around the same calendar date unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

By subscribing, you authorise Social Income AdPack and its payment provider, Stripe, to charge your selected payment method $29 USD on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

We may change the subscription price in the future. If we do, we will provide advance notice where required by applicable law. Any price change will apply only to a future renewal and will not affect a payment already made.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain current and that sufficient funds are available for subscription payments.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

You may also contact support if you are unable to access the cancellation process.

Cancellation stops future recurring billing. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, your access to the Service remains available until the end of the current paid monthly billing period and then ends. You will not be charged for a later billing period once cancellation has taken effect.

You remain responsible for charges already due before cancellation takes effect.

We aim to make cancellation straightforward. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, one-time codes, or other sensitive financial details to support.

4. Seven-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Your first subscription payment is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee.

If you are dissatisfied with your first purchase, contact us within 7 calendar days of the date and time of your first successful payment by using:

Please include:

• The email address used at checkout.

• The date of purchase, if known.

• A short description of the issue.

If your request is approved under this guarantee, we will refund the first subscription payment using the original payment method where possible. We may cancel access to the Service after a refund is issued.

The 7-day guarantee applies to the initial subscription payment only. It does not automatically apply to later renewal payments, except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including statutory cancellation, refund, repair, replacement, or other remedies that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.

5. Digital Content and Immediate Access

The Service includes digital content and digital services that may be available immediately after purchase.

Where legally required, you may be asked at checkout to expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge the effect this may have on statutory cancellation rights. Your separate 7-day money-back guarantee remains available on the terms set out in Section 4.

If we provide a refund, cancel your subscription, detect fraud, or reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, we may suspend or end access to the Service, including access to templates, course content, support resources, and affiliate tools.

6. No Earnings, Growth or Outcome Guarantees

Social Income AdPack is designed to help creators organise content ideas, plan content, use hooks, review performance, and manage potential brand opportunities.

We do not guarantee, represent, or promise:

• Views, reach, engagement, or followers.

• Creator Rewards eligibility or acceptance into any platform programe.

• Brand deals, sponsorships, sales, leads, or customers.

• Affiliate commissions, income, profit, or any financial result.

• A particular outcome from using any template, hook, script, lesson, or tool.

• That any particular platform, including TikTok, will approve, recommend, monetise, or distribute your content.

Results vary widely and depend on many factors outside our control, including your content, effort, audience, niche, experience, market conditions, platform policies, platform changes, eligibility requirements, and individual circumstances.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, content, business activities, contracts, disclosures, taxes, and compliance with laws and platform rules.

7. Use of Templates and Materials

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms and an active subscription, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service materials for your own creator workflow and business use.

You may:

• Duplicate the Notion templates into your own Notion workspace.

• Adapt templates, hooks, and scripts for your own original content and workflow.

• Use the Brand Deal Tracker to organise your own opportunities and projects.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sub-license, publish, share, copy, reproduce, or give away the Service materials as standalone products or competing products.

• Share your subscription access, course content, template links, paid materials, or account access with others who have not subscribed.

• Present the templates, Hook Vault, scripts, or course materials as your own products.

• Use the Service to create spam, deceptive content, fraudulent activity, unlawful content, or content that infringes another person’s rights.

• Remove ownership notices, branding, license notices, or access controls.

• Attempt to bypass access restrictions, payment requirements, or security features.

• Use automated scraping, bulk copying, data extraction, or similar tools to reproduce the Service.

Your content remains yours. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you create is original, accurate, lawful, and suitable for your intended audience.

8. Brand Deals and Professional Advice

The Brand Deal Tracker is an organisational tool only.

It does not review, approve, negotiate, interpret, or guarantee the safety, fairness, legality, value, or enforce-ability of a brand deal, contract, usage-rights clause, exclusivity term, invoice, payment term, or other agreement.

You must read contracts carefully and obtain qualified legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice where appropriate. We are not responsible for any agreement you enter into, any brand relationship, unpaid invoice, dispute, payment delay, or decision you make.

9. Optional Affiliate Program

Eligible subscribers may be offered access to an optional affiliate program. Participation is voluntary and is governed by separate Affiliate Terms, which form part of the agreement between you and Social Income AdPack if you participate.

Subject to the Affiliate Terms, eligible affiliates may earn: 70% recurring commission

This currently equals: $20.30 USD for each qualifying $29 USD subscription payment

from a customer personally referred by the affiliate.

A “qualifying subscription payment” generally means a successful payment that is attributable to the affiliate under the affiliate tracking system and is not refunded, charged back, fraudulent, reversed, disputed, or otherwise ineligible under the Affiliate Terms.

Affiliate commission is not guaranteed. We may withhold, reverse, adjust, delay, or decline commissions where reasonably necessary to address refunds, charge-backs, fraud, self-referrals, misleading promotion, violations of these Terms or Affiliate Terms, technical errors, tax requirements, or legal obligations.

Commissions are tracked through Systeme.io. Approved affiliate commissions are reviewed and paid monthly through Wise, subject to the Affiliate Terms, any minimum payout threshold, accurate payout details, identity or tax verification requirements, payment-provider availability, and applicable laws.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information and for paying any taxes, reporting income, or meeting obligations that apply to them.

10. Affiliate Promotion Rules

If you participate in the affiliate program, you must:

• Create original promotional content in your own voice and based on your genuine experience or honest opinion.

• Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in each promotion where required.

• Follow all applicable advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, and platform rules.

• Use TikTok’s Commercial Content Disclosure setting, or an equivalent required platform disclosure, when applicable.

• Avoid misleading claims about income, followers, views, brand deals, monetisation, or results.

• Avoid spam, deceptive practices, fake testimonials, impersonation, cookie stuffing, misleading links, paid-search bidding on our brand name without written approval, or unsolicited bulk messaging.

We may suspend or terminate affiliate participation, withhold or reverse unpaid commissions, and remove access to affiliate materials if we reasonably believe that an affiliate has breached these rules or created legal, reputational, fraud, platform, or customer-harm risk.

11. Payments and Payment Providers

Subscription payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider we may use from time to time.

We do not store full payment-card information ourselves. Payment processing is subject to the applicable payment provider’s terms and privacy practices.

If a payment fails, your access may be limited or suspended until payment is successfully completed. We may retry failed payments where permitted by applicable law and the payment-provider agreement.

12. Support is provided through: support@socialincomeadpack.com

We aim to provide reasonable support for access and general use of the Service. Support does not include personalised legal, tax, financial, business, content-creation, contract-negotiation, or guaranteed-results advice.

We may use automated support tools or AI-assisted support systems to provide general product information and click-by-click guidance. If we do, those tools are not a replacement for professional advice and may direct you to human support for billing, refunds, account-specific issues, complaints, technical faults, or sensitive matters.

13. Acceptable Use and Suspension

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you have:

• Breached these Terms or the Affiliate Terms.

• Used the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or deceptively.

• Attempted to obtain unauthorised access or evade payment.

• Shared or resold paid materials without permission.

• Submitted fraudulent refund, payment, charge-back, or affiliate claims.

• Harassed, threatened, or abused our team, customers, affiliates, or service providers.

• Created a material legal, financial, security, platform, or reputational risk.

Where reasonable, we may give notice before suspension or termination. We may act immediately where we consider this necessary to protect customers, affiliates, the Service, or third parties.

14. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its branding, written content, templates, database structures, design elements, hook collections, script ideas, lessons, software, graphics, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Social Income AdPack and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited license granted in Section 7, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

“Social Income AdPack,” “Creator OS,” “Hook Vault,” “Brand Deal Tracker,” and related names may be used as product names or trademarks of the Social IAP creator. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement, ownership, partnership, or affiliation without written permission.

15. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or rely on third-party platforms and services, including Notion, TikTok, Stripe, Systeme.io, Wise, and other providers.

We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, policies, security, functionality, content, account decisions, fees, or changes. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

A change to a third-party platform does not create a guarantee of a refund or continued access to that third-party service, although we will use reasonable efforts to maintain the Service where practical.

16. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties, representations, and conditions not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, browser, Notion workspace, TikTok account, payment method, country, or third-party service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Income AdPack and its owners, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, income, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, business interruption, followers, views, brand deals, affiliate commissions, or anticipated savings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the Service in the 3 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update, improve, modify, replace, remove, or discontinue parts of the Service where reasonably necessary, including to maintain security, address technical issues, comply with law, reflect platform changes, improve content, or prevent abuse.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify active subscribers before it takes effect, such as by email, website notice, or account notice.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

19. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and may be handled by service providers such as Stripe, Systeme.io, Notion, Wise, website-hosting providers, analytics providers, and support providers where necessary to provide and operate the Service.

Please include your name, the email address used at purchase, and a clear explanation of the issue. We aim to acknowledge support requests within 2 business days, dependent on volume.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of: United Kingdom,

However, if you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded under those laws.

The courts of United Kingdom will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-law rights that apply.

22. General

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations as part of a business sale, restructuring, merger, or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and, where applicable, Affiliate Terms form the entire agreement between you and Social IAP regarding the Service.
